You'll receive an email confirming your application to enter into a package with Joanna Bookkeeping and one of the team will be in touch to arrange an onboarding call.

At Joanna Bookkeeping we believe in fairness, so if you get your estimated number of transactions wrong, we will adjust your package to the most suitable level, even if that is not in our favour.

Not to worry, these packages still apply to you and represent really good value for money.

The volume of your business' transactions will be measured, where a drop in transactions has occured you will be moved to a cheaper package. Where the volume exceeds the fair usage policy, you will be moved to the appropriate tier.

Your package will be reduced by the cost that we can provide Xero to you for, this may be different to the cost of your existing subscription.

These packages are only available when using Xero accounting software, if you would still like to take advantage of one of these packages, we can migrate your business to Xero. Please note this would be an additional one-off cost.
